JohnnyBlaze
I know many great guitar solos, but is there any point in me naming them? Is anyone really interested? I doubt it. For me it’s a 378-way tie among 53 different artists, although some of those artists are in bands and as solo artists. Yeah yeah I can’t decide they’re all the greatest

JohnnyBlaze
Me, on my 'air guitar' when i'm half hammered on a Saturday night!!! Exactly. And look out when I’m fully hammered because on those occasions I make Randy Rhodes and Eddie VH look like amateurs!

IbanezJem
I know it`s not all about technique and speed - although, for me it kind of is - but I`d never heard anything like this from a guitar (solo starts at 3.05 and plays out the song). I still think it`s pretty ridiculous. To think Steve nearly gave up to become a commercial airline pilot. Agree with JB, it`s a tie between about 500 solos depending on mood and whatever. Some songs you just think, come on, get to the best bit already :guitar:
