YYZumbi Posted December 30, 2019 Posted December 30, 2019 This free monday I am enjoying Geddy Lee - My Favorite Headache on the 1st original pressing vinyl record! This record was released back in 2000, during the time when Rush drummer Neil Peart was going thru a hard time, when he lost his daughter and wife. But it was only released on CD. Now 2019, 19, almost 20 years later! It has finally been released on vinyl record! I ordered in 2 copies from my record store guy, 1 to keep sealed and 1 to play. And now I am listening to it for the very first time! Even tho I have had this on CD for about 5 years, it feels like I am listening on it for the very first time again! :D (This is 1/3 Rush, so I think I have the rights to post here as well!) https://www.discogs.com/Geddy-Lee-My-Favourite-Headache/release/14462819 1
YYZumbi Posted December 31, 2019 Posted December 31, 2019 Right now I am listening to Rush - First Part Of Counters on downloaded flac files, that I have on my computer. Listening with my headphones! This is a bootleg that was recorded during the rehearsal for Rush 1993 Counterpart Tour. They are playing the whole set, there was no audience. https://www.discogs.com/Rush-First-Part-Of-Counters/release/7374558 1
Entre_Perpetuo Posted January 10, 2020 Posted January 10, 2020 2112 Hearing this in full the first time back in junior high is what made me a Rush fan. Neil's first true crowning achievement of many come. 2
Nova Carmina Posted January 10, 2020 Posted January 10, 2020 All of them . . . and probably nothing else for days 3
