Vital Signs sounds pretty electronic to me.

 

Acoustic drums, though.

 

And I can actually hear guitars, though they are electric guitars (but I somehow suspect that the OP wasn't thinking of that as "electric").

Tai Shan isn't it all keyboards? Aside from Geddy's vocals.

I'm assuming that what sounds like an acoustic guitar in the song is an acoustic guitar.

Yeah i'll go Vital Signs too, the track that catapulted the band into another glorious era

 

Remember the live version of Vital Signs b side of New World Man, the ending of which like totally blew me away
