Agreed FTWD has surpassed the original.  And it had its Glenn moment last episode.

In a perfect world (for me) the whole TWD universe would end after this past season's Negan story line.  I'd be completely content.

I'm definitely more interested in Fear.  Not sure about the new boy band Negan (Mel?) type that they just debuted though.  Say it ain't so Nick!  bummer.  Your sis is still hot...keep her on the show.

Hey, after a VERY long hyatus, I started binge-watching again from Season 5. I'm halfway through Season 6 right now, and really enjoying. I just watched the first episode where Negan is mentioned. I gave this series a 3 year break, and although I'm enjoying and curious to catch up and find out the current state of things, it does feel repetitive already. The formula of "go through tough times ==> fix it ==> run into new group of strangers with new dynamics ==> solve them ==> move on" was repeated at the first camp outside town, at the prison, at the farm they found, at Terminus, at Alexandria, and now this Negan group storyline is approaching. I'm still interested though, but have they mentioned on which season they intend to end it? Maybe it's time to consider it now.

Hey Rod.  TWD is up and down mostly down.  FTWD has surpassed it the last two seasons.

I personally loved FTWD from episode one.

I never got into TWD much. I think I got up to season four, but for whatever reason lost interest fast.

I’ve only seen a few episodes and some snippets of others since Negan appeared. And I haven’t really liked much of that.

But for me, one of the big drops in show quality came when they wiped out the Terminus cannibals in the church a few seasons back. Just seemed like an anti-climactic ending to those baddies. The next big drop came when they reached Alexandria. Nobody of interest in there for me; too many generic/stock characters.

The garbage site people (and Jadis? Isn’t that the leader’s name?) have got to be the dumbest thing on the show so far though.

Agreed on the garbage people - asinine.  Don't know how they even thought that up.
