Packers take control 17-11.

'Skins need to get it together and take it back in the second half.

True...

...the Packers look too good to beat.

Rodgers looks like Rodgers.

Sadly, the Redskins look like the Redskins who specialize in breaking their fans' hearts.

Cousins is doing his best to make you eat those words, sir. ;)

I know what you mean, though.

It's not easy being a Redskkns fan.

Nope. Haven't had a whole lot to be excited about since...Doug Williams.

'Skins O- line can't protect, on 4th down? Allowing a sack?

Terrible.

Exactly...they didn't even give Cousins a chance...the Packers picked a good time to get their act together.

35-18 now, four and a half minutes left- I think it's lights out for Washington.

Go Cardinals!

(I still may root for the Panthers to take it all, though).

Actually, the best Skins team ever was the 1991 Rypien team.

I'm partial to the Theismann/John Riggins era myself.

'91 was awesome...Williams took them to the Super Bowl after that, though. But not by much- I think it was '92.

I want Minny to win. Get some different teams in the latter stages of the comp.

The most important thing is for the Pansies to lose.

Either of these teams could beat Carolina in the playoffs.

I pity the fool who has to tackle Jonathan Stewart next week.

Third coldest game in NFL history... I was there today.

I feel truly awful for Blair Walsh. And I'm over Adrian Peterson. I see a lot more potential in Jerrick McKinnon going forward.

When it came to that last kick, I sat down and pulled my hat over my eyes. I couldn't even watch; knowing, as a life long Vikings fan, that it would end badly. So much heartbreak from this team.

But the game really was a blast. And in the midst of a huge crowd, wearing many layers, with the sun beating down, watching an exciting game; -6 doesn't really feel that bad.

Vikings miss a field goal I could have hit!

A guy in the bar had been yelling laces out prior, because they had actually shown highlights of an earlier hold that had the laces showing. The hold looked terrible...on a diagonal with the laces showing...

With the Vikings out, I am now pulling for the Patriots.

It would be very satisfying to watch Goodell forced to hand the Lombardi trophy to Tom Brady.

As someone who lives in Chiefs country, I am also pulling for the Patriots.

The most significant factor was the lack of wind, so while cold, it wasn't that bad.

Until this post, I was trying to decide between 6-7 teams but now I think I'm going to root for Denver.

Just to see, Goodell handing the trophy to Peyton Manning, and telling him "Congratulations to a guy who exemplifies perseverance in coming back from a potentially career ending injury, a guy who always represents himself with class and dignity, and most importantly, a guy that knows to throw and win with, a regulation sized football."

Saying he's a true friend to ball boys and team equipment staff would be a little bit too much...

Or three years after the Dolphins' most recent appearance, in which they were stomped by the Niners.
