R30 was fantastic. Great weather, great fans, some good beer, and of course ALOT of great music! The guys just simply rocked it!

Glad you made it. A bungy cord to secure it to the gutter helps a lot.

Definitely one of the all time greats. Have enjoyed reading some of the articles recapping his career. Retired just a couple years before I was old enough to start following. I'll spend some time watching some of his highlights tonight.

Wow. Great game tonight!

Extraordinary lifelikeness. So good it's scary.

Edge of Seventeen. Enjoyed it. Woody Harrelson was pretty good acting without saying anything for the first half of it.

Yeah been thinking of checking that one out.

Remember seeing him play on TV at the end of his career. Remember his great passing. Carolina native. Looks like he never lost his love of the coast. Hope to see him on the other side.

By The Associated Press Roman Gabriel had big size and a big arm when he was the No. 2 draft pick of the Los Angeles Rams in 1962. Even while playing in an era of grinding it out on the ground, he still holds the Rams’ team record with 154 touchdown passes. Gabriel, the first Filipino American quarterback in the NFL and the league MVP in 1969, died Saturday. He was 83.

Imo, the psychological effect of being in a tie game would have been the most important factor in choosing to kick FG. Puts less pressure on Lions defense and more on 49ers offense. -

That's too bad. Thought Lions were on their way before the fumble. Good season tho. 49ers the better team, congrats.
