Don't start duplicate polls of ones you created yourself earlier in the year in the Feedback subforum - you know who you are.

It was an experiment to see if the denizens of SOCN were any smarter than those in the Feedback subforum.

 

Answer: Not really. Quite a few of them chose the turgidness of S&A and tinniness of Presto over the sublime quality of the Golden Age.

Honestly, my IQ is that of a 3rd grader who has multiple concussions

 

If you're a Rush fan, then it's likely that your IQ is much higher than average.

 

Just don't type "your" when you mean to say "you're". That's when people release the hounds on you..... ;)

The main one I hate is when people type "of" instead of "have". They really shouldn't of done that :tsk:

 

(but, thankfully, I don't see that one much on TRF)

I can see a lot of similarities between the history of Marvel comics and Rush's own evolution.

Yes, this! (Although I actually have caught myself doing it once or twice too, just recently)...

 

If we used acronyms like that for all of the albums, then CP is actually not proper for Counterparts, as it is just one word. So that would be C. Likewise, Hemispheres would be H, Signals would be S, and Presto would be P. But people don't do that. (Oh, and the debut album would be R. But mostly it's just referred to as "the debut", or "the first album", in conversation- which takes even longer to type than just calling it "Rush"!)

 

They must love inconsistency, that's all I can figure.
