ReRushed
I'm totally underwhelmed by the new U2 album. But, with all the hype I started to re-explore the band I loved as a teenager. I loved them so much, they were basically my Beatles. U2 songs I love: A Day Without MeAnother Time, Another PlaceAn Cat DubhLike a Song...Drowning ManA Sort of HomecomingThe Unforgettable FireExitOneStay (Faraway, So Close!)Beautiful Day More to come... Ancient Ways
I downloaded their new album since it was free but haven't had a chance to listen yet. I hear a lot of complaining but not sure why. Love their first few albums.

ReRushed
Obnoxiously successful. Also, a little bit disturbing depending on one's perspective.

The Cat 3
Like most bands, this new album has some hits and some misses on it. I'm happy to have this new release. As a fan of their music, I most likely would have purchased it anyway. U2 now has 15 of their albums in the iTunes top 100 albums this week. Like the new album or not, it looks like this little bit of marketing genius is really paying off. I'm happy for them and for the fact that so many people are being introduced to (or rediscovering) their music.
