x1yyz Posted August 9, 2016 Share Posted August 9, 2016 Veggies (Yukon Blade Gold potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, and some type of pumpkin-type squash) roasted with salt, pepper, and Herbes du Provence. This time I made a quick, light sauce of veggie broth, white wine, and a pat of butter and poured it over them. I also par boiled in old bay & salt some corn on the cob (in the husk) and some medium russet potatoes then finished in the smoke house. I seasoned the salmon with Old Bay, a parsley, red chili flake & garlic mix with some "Rufus Teague" meat rub then fresh squeezed lime juice for the last hour.
