Troutman, the snow-peas are so sweet. They're delicious. I just eat them raw.

 

Not sure what to do with the zucchini yet.

 

Fry that thing into chips with some tomatosauce!!! mmmmmm.............

 

Should I dip them in egg and bread crumbs or just fry them up plain?

Homemade vegetarian chili.

What is that?

 

Delicious!

 

I make it with two kinds of beans, tomatoes, carrots, celery, onions, bell pepper, chili & chipotle powder, liquid smoke, and salt. Usually I throw a beer in there as well, but I didn't have any at the time I made the chili :huh:

Just finished a piece of toasted french bread with olive oil & rosemary, topped with some butter and strawberry jam. The combo is super-yummy.
