pjbear05 Posted August 2, 2016 Posted August 2, 2016 Just finished dinner; pan seared wild sockeye salmon, baked potato, tossed salad. The local store gets it in once a year, and Karen and I love it so much I'll pick up 3-4 pounds, eat some, freeze some for later. Soooooo good. Will finish with some vanilla wafers and a bowl of B & J's New York Super Fudge Chunk.
