There were at least 2 very obvious calls (holding and intentional grounding) against the Chiefs that weren't called and the "penalty" for defensive holding against the Jets that came well after the Jets intercepted Mahomes pass. It wasn't intentional grounding. Receiver #10 was in the vecinity and Mahomes' arm was held which restricted his forward motion in completing the pass. The announcer explained it pretty clearly. The hold...are you talking about the handful of jersey? When the lineman keeps his hands in tight to the defender's chest, holding is rarely called. Just saw the video of the play, and yeah, when the receiver makes his move, the defender has a hand across the neck and on the far shoulder.
