Powderfinger
some good shit gettin named alphataurus, harmonium, greenslade, prog on f*ckers Agreed! And Nick Drake too, though he's definitely not obscure.Maybe I misunderstood the point of this thread, but isn't it for albums that are unknown/obscure to this forum specifically and not in general? you got it right, but there are actually a surprising amount of nick drake fans on TRF - not tons, but there are a goodly few... Yep, I'm a HUGE Nick Drake fan. Bryter Layter is one of my five favorite albums of all time.

ColdFireYYZ
Chroma Key - You Go Now Is this Kevin Moore´s Chroma Key? I´ve never heard the record, what does it sound like? Does Kev do much in terms of "lead keys", or is is just textures like on OSI?It's Kevin Moore's solo project. It's mostly textures and samples along with vocals so there are no lead keyboards like in DT. You Go Now is the only CK album that I have but I'm assuming that the other 2 are of a similar style. Rick N. Backer
Vandenberg's self titled debut. Bert Heerink's lyrics are cheesy, probably because English isn't his first language, but the album rocks. Burning Heart was a minor hit when the album was released. Mother's Army's self titled debut. Joe Lynn Turner, Jeff Watson, Bob Daisley and Carmine Appice. What more do you have to know? Edited January 13, 2013 by Rick N. Backer

The album by Daevid Allen is actually called "Now is the Happiest Time of Your Life." Do you like the album? It's right up there with the best of Gong for me. Also, his album Good Morning is excellent.

That stupid cover is gonna look awesome. Ducky, you just made my morning. Of course I'd recommend it.....NWOBHM style, sort of Priest-ish with bad production. I don't know, I always loved it. *goes to order*
