Keep in mind - 3 months ago, this place was...for lack of a better term - a total sh*t hole. Seriously. The proverbial silk purse from a sow's ear. My family did this with our home In Las Vegas (4 feet of sand in the corners, vandalism, etc). It is hard work but very gratifying, as you prove.
