treeduck
Duck - just how many Fu Manchu movies are there?! :oFIVE! I've seen them all now. They all have their moments but the first one is the best one. Nigel Green as Nayland Smith really makes the film along with Christopher Lee of course. All scenes with Christopher Lee in these films are great but the second guy (Douglas Wilmer who's still around age 95) as Nayland Smith though he's a good actor too wasn't quite as good as Green. I think the first film had a better script though too. The last two films had a third guy as Smith, Richard Greene but by then the character was more of a guest star. Howard Marion-Crawford as Dr Petrie was also essential to the series and Tsai Chin as Fu Manchu's daughter is also a constant throughout all 5 films. Segue Myles
Cabin Fever When I was twelve this seemed like a horror classic. At 24? It is truly dreadful. Eli Roth is a dreadful director. Shock tactics aside, I see zero amount of talent.

liquidcrystalcompass
The Thin Red Line ... They could have cut away the first hour or so. This movie is too slow and boring. :tsk: This is one of the greatest films ever made. A masterpiece.Agreed. I thought it was way better than Saving Private Ryan.
