Part 1:

If 2 people, the odds are 1/12

Since you stated greater than, then the answer I would assume to be 5 people.

 

Part 2 (gonna take a little longer)

2 people = 1/365.25

3 people = 1/365.25 + 2/365.25 = 3/365.25

4 people = 6 (waiting to get to the magic number of 183)

5 people = 10

6 people = 15

7 people = 21

8 people = 28

9 people = 36

10 people = 45

11 people = 55

12 people = 66

13 people = 78

14 people = 91

15 people = 105

16 people = 120

17 people = 136

18 people = 153

19 people = 171

20 people = 190/365.25 > 50% >>>>>> answer

 

I'm guessing there's probably some fancy equation/formula to figure it out, but it was quicker for me to do it this way.

 

Of course my logic my be flawed somehow and I might be way off.
