I haven't seen any subject like this here, so here it is. If you like what you drive, discuss it here. When you bought it, what you paid, cool driving stories, etc. Pics too, yo. Someone should tell me how to upload some.

I gots a 2003 Honda Accord Coupe. V6, 6speed manual, sport suspension. Got it four months ago. It was a huge upgrade from my previous beater, a 1991 VW Jetta. Paid $8800 with 101k on it. Thinking of taking it to the drags this summer, even if it's bone stock.

Here is my 2009 Pontiac G8 GT. On Thursday I'm getting Flowmasters Super 40s installed. She's going to sound tough as hell! 1022.gif

The Pontiac G8 GT is an amazing, BMW approaching car. It should have saved Pontiac. And it will sound sick as hell with Flowmasters.

Can anyone tell me how to post a photo?

Get an account at photobucket or some photo hosting website like it. Post the picture using said website, and then get the URL for the picture, and then hit the "IMG" button above and paste the URL into the box that pops up.

If the picture is already on the web, you can right click on the picture and hit properties, and it will bring up the URL for that photo, which can also be pasted into the box that you get from hitting the "IMG" button.

I hope that helps.

BMW approaching at half the price without being pretentious.

I'm really excited about getting the flowmasters, because the one thing that I don't like about the G8 is the modest exhaust note. My 06 Grand Prix GXP had a much better exhaust note. I have a feeling my wife is going to be annoyed with me once she hears it. laugh.gif

Depending on how many decibels it puts out, and your engine RPM, your whole neighborhood might be annoyed!

Damn straight.

1979 mutherf*kin' brown Monte Carlo complete with fuzzy steering wheel cover AND black grill since I had to replace the original one with one from a scrap yard.

Sweet!

It's kinda hard to brag when one drives a minivan. But, mine does have a killer sound system.

Every dude that looked at that car would say, "Big block V8! Righteous."

IDK.

Whatever.

I'm a girl.

I did impress my father-in-law, dad to three boys only and who lives in Detroit, with my Monte Carlo story.

And hey, the current ride has a baby seat on one side in the back and a booster on the other side. I did not go for the minivan since I couldn't bring myself to do that but I will say that I think that would have been the smarter choice.

Current set of wheels:

My dad had one of those!!!

The color was camel though!!!

Wasn't too comfy on long rides though being stuck in the back.

This is my current whip (times are tough all over right? wink.gif )

The bike in my sig is a 2004 Harley Sportster. The only time I ever bought anything new. Had 4 miles on it when I picked it up. Could smell the new paint heating up on my first ride.

My current car is an '81 El Camino. Looks nice, just as long as you don't look inside. Gotta finish the interior.
