Maverick Posted August 10, 2013 Share Posted August 10, 2013 (edited) I found not one, but TWO American Standard Stratocasters on Craigslist for great prices. I've got emails out to both sellers. Hopefully at least one is still available. One has a rosewood fret board, and was made in 2010. It costs a bit more that the other, which has a maple fret board, and was made in 2006. If all goes well, I will be back here on Sunday posting that buying one of these guitars has made my day. If not, I will be posting about it in the "What pissed you off today?" thread. Some of the bands: Metallica, Muse, Smashing Pumpkins, Cheap Trick, Johnny Marr, and others that I had never heard of but were enjoyable.Also saw the worst live act I've seen in my life...some super popular J-pop band called Perfume---very attractive girls wearing cutesy outfits dancing about and lip-syncing to heartless melodies.
