Oh, I hope they're not as annoying this time around. They won't be forced down my throat by radio and MTV like they were before so probably not.

I would never ever ever underestimate Liam and Noel Gallagher’s ability to be annoying.

Anyway, here’s…a really bad idea.

That song just doesn’t end at all.  It thinks it’s Hey Jude or November Rain but it’s more like Estranged.

At least there’s no swimming with dolphins there. Starting to think Axl was dancing with Brownstone.

What’s the over under before it all devolves back into this?

I'm basically Oasis ignorant. All this hype has made me Oasis curious.

They were big here as well. Couldn't escape them in the mid 90s.

I think their legacy here is less than in the UK and Ireland, but Wonderwall is such a big meme that they’ve never quite been forgotten at least. Blur on the other hand….

I guess they were bigger over there than I expected ..... sometimes some of the UK 'big hitters' just don't do it in US/Canada, but Oasis would appear to have made some inroads.

I know their popularity was more sustained in the UK and probably the rest of Europe over the years. But they got pretty big with their first few albums over here then they faded a little bit. Still, they had enough big hits in the US that people remember them pretty well.

Chris and Rich Robinson have managed to keep their reunion together so far, so there's hope. Older, more mature, not as easily triggered.

Oh f**k, who am I kidding. This is a pending disaster unless they are kept separated away from the stage.

i think i was in a Soundgarden, AIC, Metallica, Tool mode at that time, so I think I know about one song (wonderwall?) and that's it.

Good Luck to them. 🍀
