I grew up in the Cincinnati area, and I watched Springer become a very respected news anchor as well as the respected Mayor of Cincinnati.  He was literally the "Coolest Man in Town".

Jerry Springer sold his soul for fame and fortune.  He wasn't the first, nor is he the last to do so.

He showed us all how easy it is to be seduced into the shady world of vulgar entertainment.

In remembrance, everyone should run next door and bang their neighbor, fight their neighbor or both.

My favorite was between the KKK and the gay Jewish black dude.

Spoiler

Pity about Weird Al's goat.

My wife was distraught upon hearing the news. I told her he had a show where people admitted they ate their ear wax. She was unmoved. Strange woman.

If you could see any of my neighbors you'd know that fighting would be the only option. :bitchslap:

I try to be ladylike in my life....but Got damn I enjoyed his show back in the day.

I had a lot of stress in my life when it was a hit so it was a way to blow off steam if I had time to watch TV, like, "Life sucks right now, but HOLY CRAP did that just happen????? LOL"
