invisible airwave
Apologies for being out of the loop, but I just noticed on the Angels site that interleague division play is spread out save the tradtitional regional and city rival lineups of L.A., San Fran, Chicago, NY et al. As if I need another reason to hate Manfred. I miss the June interleague days. They were fun back then. One silver lining, my squad don't play the Rays until August and the Rays have had their number for the past decade as well. I hate this dark timeline. laughedatbytime
Let's save the call for RoboUmps for another day...today,, for one day at least, everything is fine. A 1-2-3 bottom of the ninth, and the Cubs win! The 3-1 call on Heyward was at the same location as the 3-2 pitch. Swing the bat, Jason! Principled Man
Why Baseball Is Great: Patience is a Jedi Virtue Seattle’s Marco Gonzales totally frustrates the Brewers for 6 innings, leads 2-0, then gives up two quick hits in the 7th. Enter the relievers. Five runs later, the Brewers finally make their 3rd out. Brewers 5 Mariners 2 (B-8th)

invisible airwave
That was an UGLY blowpen loss yesterday but we took 2 of 3 from Royals. Ohtani, Trout and Ward in a row! Now for a ridiculously easy 4 game schedule against the future Sin City A's. Don't screw it up.

The Analog Cub
They should give the Padres and Giants metal bats just to see how far the ball will go. The altitude in Mexico City is sending the ball really far.
