Segue Myles
ABBA I feel you likely haven't heard it all. And you should. You're absolutely correct sir. I only have their greatest hits "Gold" CD. i definitely need to correct that. I'm off to an indi record store in the morning and will see what they have. Thank you! Forgive the early records their lyrics. They toyed with the sound of words as English wasn't their first language. From Arrival onwards, it's all killer, no filler, with some incredibly moving songs about relationships, and a lot of creativity. JohnnyBlaze
Even an older, geezerfied Cheap Trick can still be good. Here are some of them with assistance from Daryl Hall & his studio band http://youtu.be/XtMDrKEoHOM
ReRushed
Thin Lizzy, followed immediately by modern alt/classic/punk/power-pop rockers White Reaper. Interesting. Was this photo pre or post the Ramones' debut album?

Derek19
With it being the Doors' 49th Anniversary, I think your next listening marathon should be them. If you have all of Bruce Springsteen and the E. Street Band, then it's another one, and the other choice is Joan Jett and the Blackhearts. If it was her, too, then I'd like to see Pat Benatar.

Love, love, love Pat Benatar...great choice for the future.

I kind bought Precious Time on vinyl at a discount sale of my local indie store a year ago and finally got to listening to it a few months ago. Best cover of Helter Skelter. Suck it, Bono! The Cat 3
Looking like the next marathon begins tomorrow, instead of today. That gives us one more day of voting. Although, it is looking like the winner will be... (Who is along for the ride on this musical trip?) Edited July 20, 2020 by The Cat 3
