I just listened to "Dookie" since you think it's fun. Man, there are few good tunes on the record but overall it's just awful. It's just me dude. I can't stand Billy's voice. That's life right? Many hate Geddy's voice. To each their own. GANGRENE DAY IS SO BAD! People on this Board hate Blink 182. So? Blink is so much better. I absolutely hate Green Day and I have the right to bash them. They must be so much fun live, I mean ALL those songs everyone loves and all that energy, betcha they'll be (quite literally) bouncing off the walls. Also reminded of how I saw a video of Green Day and U2 reopening the Saint's stadium in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. Even from a video recording it was one of the more powerful and emotionally satisfying performances I've ever seen. Like them or not, they have a way with a crowd.
