You'd think that her legal team would have vetted out the possibility before she released the song. Not a fan of either artist...but all the same, this is just some group looking to squeeze her for some dollars. Greed knows no bounds. I doubt that her song diminished sales or could be mistaken for the Mars song in any way. If anything, it probably generated interest.1 point

Bruno’s not the one doing the suing. I think he’s gone on record as being a fan of Miley’s songs actually. It’s one of the other songwriters on his song that sold their rights to it to some investment company that’s trying to make a profit.1 point

The bass player can't cut it anymore according to Cronin, but he can't kick him out because the guy must own some of the REO rights. So he's decided to quit rather than play with him in the band anymore. They had the bass player who replaced Billy Sheehan in David Lee Roth as the replacement.1 point
