It is starting to heat up on the prairies with humidity and some forest fire smoke. I've been hydrating like crazy but am still cramping up like crazy at night. I am going to shut down some of the tree work for a few days and lay off the beer.😶

It was 90 in town where I work.

goose
It's back into the mid 90s. Normal for July/Aug, but after a week if cooler temps it feels blech
BastillePark
Hot! 99 degrees, but it is August so I guess that's somewhat expected. I used to say that in this area it didn't stay cold or hot for very long but we've already had 1 stretch of about 8 or 9 days above 90 and they're predicting another one with this heat wave. No bueno!
Tinwoodsman
It really cooled down and it is a huge relief. The low last night was 36 Fahrenheit in some places here in the easiest province to draw.
BastillePark
Much cooler weather rolled in and the typical rain, wind, and severe thunderstorms developed. We rarely have this kind of weather here and the TV weather people are acting like it's some kind of murderous disaster.

Principled Man
After a very wet spring and early summer, my town has barely seen a drop of rain all month, and little to no rain is expected for the next two weeks. What was once green and lush is quickly becoming brown and sickly!
