I can't stand Springsteen's politics, Bono's Messiah complex, Jim Morrisons drug addled warbling or The Beatles collective arrogance and personal drama, but I really enjoy the music they make. Maddona is a diva. If she was a bloke it would be called "rock n roll man". Because she is a woman we call her a bitch. I love a lot of her music, and many of her music video's are terrific. She has fought tooth and claw to have a career according to her standards, and she rose from the ashes of Erotica's near death experience to release an album that was both an apology and a middle finger to her critics. Plus, hee influence has speead to many of my favourite artists, and for that alone I love her.
