"What's with all the entitled white male a-holes in this audience?? I'd like the band a lot more if I didn't have to sit in the same stadium as this crowd."

Neil shouldn't be saying things like this.

:LMAO: Good one!

pretentious just means "I didn't get it" or "the song's too long!"

Or "you can't dance to it."

10 Things one probably SHOULD say:

1/ The Clockwork Angels novel is bloody awful.

2/ Geddy has real issues singing live now.

3/ The last 2 concert videos are not vey good, partly because of point 2 and partly because they are not well produced.

4/ CA is very poorly mixed. Especially the drums.

5/ Rush fans who don't like certain albums or periods need to relax around people who DO like them.

6/ DW drums & Fender basses belong in the bin. Ludwig drums and Rickenbacker basses need to come back.

7/ The boys need to stop touring as much as they have. We want more studio albums to take us into the future, after they have called it quits.

8/ The first album is bloody good. It's actually a shame that the Rutsey period wasn't a bit longer (say another 2 albums). Not that I would have sacrificed FBN or COS you understand!

9/ We need a proper vinyl release of TFE.

10/ The merch needs to have a proper European outlet so that it doesn't cost so much over here.

Let's try this one on for size: Rush never did an album that even came close to Yes' Close To The Edge!

:scared: :scared: :scared:

:outtahere: :outtahere: :outtahere:

I'm sure Alex, Geddy and Neil would agree with me even if The Cupcake Kid doesn't. ;) ;)
