I went to my first show two years later at 14. (Radio City 1983). My mom had to bring me. We even brought my little brother (God Of Balance) and he was only 9. GhostGirl Posted July 1, 2005 Share Posted July 1, 2005 I'm ashamed to say...keep in mind I grew up without an older sibling in the house...and I was in jr. high and high school in the mid to late 80's when Janet Jackson was queen of the airwaves. That being said, I started liking the Beatles when I was about 15, but didn't even hear a Rush song (and realize it was Rush) till I was 19, and in college.
