I've seen people argue on this forum about how distant Neil is, never connects with the fans, etc. However, he's the one with the website that has frequent updates, a Myspace page, a forum, and now a twitter page. Add that he has written books about some very personal moments and I think he tries to connect with the fans more than the two guys who shake hands and pose for pictures with people.
