So...Clockwork Angels Tour on DVD/Blu-ray?
jwoods89 replied to Alchemical's topic in On The Lighted Stage
Wow, I've been out of the loop for awhile and had no idea that they were putting out another DVD, sounds awesome can't wait. -
Happy birthday to one of the greatest guitarists ever!
-
I truly hope you right Sir, about the 10 years that is! Me too man! If not ah well, but I have to see this band before they hang it up! I do agree about them needing rest and being with their families for sure though.
-
I personally think they have at least 10 years left and possibly 2 albums in that timeframe, but I could be very wrong on that one.
-
Happy 9th! I have been here for a little over a year and have just recently returned, I really enjoy this place and hope it remains open for many, many more years to come!
-
I remember the member maps, those were cool! Thanks for the answer, wasn't sure, but it looked like it had an overhaul and looks really awesome (not that it didn't before by any means)
-
As you can see I joined the forum last summer and things have changed quite a bit since I just came back recently. Did the site get a complete overhaul or something? I have to say I quite like it.
-
I actually just found out and came here to post about it. I didn't see a thread on the first page, and it didn't even occur to me that it would be way back on the second. The "absence" did surprise me, but instead of looking further, I just went ahead and started a thread. Serves me right to have egg on my face like this for jumping the gun! I'd love it if a moderator could close this thread. I vote they pin it! I second the notion.

Honestly I felt kind of stupid posting a topic about this song at first, but now I am glad I did, glad everyone is discovering or rediscovering it, and honestly there are so many songs in Rush's catalog that this can be said about.

In a month, lol

Two questions, one thread. ;) What are some of the best Rush fan sites? (Not forums. but sites with lots of info and stuff) and are there any websites specifically dedicated to reviewing Rush albums or live shows?
-
See I kinda wish I would have waited to start my Rush collection, although I would have been missing out on a lot of awesome music, I own the 1997 remasters so there is really no need for me to get the Sector sets, since I heard the sound is about the same, that and the fact that I am definitely not an audiophile.
-
Just added Exit Stage Left (CD and DVD), A Show of Hands (CD and DVD), Time Machine (CD), Different Stages (CD), Snakes and Arrows (CD set),
-
Yours is more complete then mine, but one live album you need IMHO is Different Stages because of Disc 3: Live at the Hammersmith Odeon in 1978. Has 5 of the 6 songs from AFTK on it. Thanks for that. I am probably more than likely going to pick up the one's I am missing.
-
Just listened to this song, WOW! This has to be another one of those 'hidden' gems in the Rush catalog. I say hidden mainly because they honestly shouldn't be, but all of their material is so damn good it's easy for some of it to get overlooked.
-
As far as content goes there is nothing new, correct? I do know that the Sector set's have DVD audio of a certain album, but other than that it is pretty much the same material, correct?
-
If someone could answer me about the Argentinian editions that would be great. :D
-
I don't really collect compilations since there isn't anything new, and Grace Under Pressure live is in the Rush Replay I believe.
-
Damn, seems like I missed that one.
-
Just by a simple Google search to connect with fellow Rush fans.

Hi all, just wondering if my Rush collection is pretty much complete, or not... I have all the studio albums, I have All The World's a Stage, the Feedback EP, Rush Replay, Snakes and Arrows DVD set, Rush in Rio DVD set, Beyond the Lighted Stage Blu Ray, R30 DVD and Blu Ray, Time Machine Blu Ray, I think all I am missing might be a few live albums but I could be wrong on that. Also is it bad that some of the albums I own are Argentina pressings? Wasn't sure if it was or not. Cheers!

Iron Maiden With Coheed And Cambria Absolutely
jwoods89 replied to RUSHHEAD666's topic in Music Of The Spheres
Nicko better than Neil? Right. Glad you enjoyed the show though. I sold my tickets to that show a few months back. -
I own that Tool album. Also, as for the Dream Theater albums is it really necessary to get the special editions?

Anyone know how the Amazon sale boosted sales?
