Actually, while I assume it's Neil banging the sticks together, wouldn't it be funny if it was actually NICK R banging his sticks together as part of his "conducting" Neil during the recording, and it got picked up by the mics and they deceided to leave it in? It's definitely a "Here we go guys" thing. Like he's so excited to get playing he's clicking himself in. Gotta love the excitement and finesse of Neil on the new album.
