  1. I don't know when/where this photo was originally taken, though I know that I first downloaded it from the internet on May 24 of this year, so it long pre-dates the end of this tour. I was surprised when Mosbach tweeted it as if it had come from the final show, though it is an image artistically suggestive of the end of things. I hate to wade into the rampant psychoanalysis that seems to be going on in this thread, so I will simply say that as a person with Asperger's, who has children with Asperger's, some folks just don't care to be in close physical contact with other people, even those they love with all their hearts. So I wouldn't read anything dark into Neil's walking ahead in this photo. Heck, he may just be too hot and sweaty from 3 hours of drumming to want to impose his stink on his buds.
  2. Ron (@rkalnitz) 'scoped "The Anarchist," but shut off after that.
  3. You wanna play with fire? :fury: Dallas Houston
  4. Periscope down. Try http://meerkatapp.co/happydiabetic/1afcb259-aabf-453f-a8a3-cec3d66067b2?utm_source=twitter.

  6. First; the opening video animation was playing when the periscope stream started.
  7. Oddly enough, it's always given me a bit of a Morrissey vibe, in the sense that it juxtaposes a cheery little tune with lyrics describing a bleak emotional state.
  8. Dude, are you even paying attention? They are moving backward through time. The first hour of the show was 1982-2012. That means that the next hour plus will be 1974-1982. Sheesh! Logic dictates that you will get more 70s stuff than you got 90s stuff--they just haven't played it yet.
  9. I suspect you're right. I sure hope I get DEW because that sounded absolutely awesome on the live stream.
  10. Yeah, but Alex doesn't have to sing it. (Which is a good thing ultimately.)
  11. As you probably know, some of the best talks happen in the car—no eye contact. Let him pick the music. *sigh* Take him out to lunch and talk about his enthusiasms. Boys love food, and moms can do that. Encourage him to have friends over for movies or gaming and provide the snacks (but stay out of the way otherwise). Be comfortable with silence, but be a presence. Engage in "parallel play." Find the likes you share (i.e., favorite TV shows) and make a regular time for them. Sweeten the "date" with a dessert (let him pick). I guess I'm lucky; my three boys are each pretty close to me and it's my girl who's the one I have to work really hard to connect with. Good luck! Even if your efforts aren't fully appreciated now (and they won't be) they will be remembered and appreciated in the long run.
  12. I sure wish I had better photoshopping skills. ;)
  13. Here's a nice way to begin your day: http://photos.rush.c...gMPPNN&lb=1&s=A It's the colour of your heartbeat A rising summer sun The battle lost -- or won The flash to fashion And the pulse to passion
  14. When I need cheering up, or even just friendly commiseration, this one always does it for me: http://farm3.staticflickr.com/2805/8897051210_b83096ce92.jpg
