Not sure why, as this is not my normal type of film, but this has been a firm favourite of mine for many years now! Had a huge impact on my life, and how I view success.

I need to stop watching Stephen King movies. Every time I watch a movie of his, I think back to the book, and even the very minor changes to the plot, disappoint me.

This was really good. William Forsythe is one of those really underrated guys who hardly get a mention, but always delivers and he delivers in this one.

Jurassic World

Yeah...forna franchise that has always been more about pure entertainment than anything else...it still is. Best blockbuster I have seen this year!

Hopefully the new Superman film can top it!

The Thin Man. The first three in this series are in my top favorite movies of all time. I just love Nick and Nora. They're so funny and so cool.

I started watching this on TV and got sucked in. I haven't seen it for a long time so I couldn't stop watching it. I love the cars in this movie!! I wanted to go back in time and buy that 1958 corvette at the used car lot for a thousand dollars.

What's crazy about it is that the movie is a nostalgic piece, but it was only made ten years after the time period it represented. That would be like making a nostaligic movie today about 2005. This movie really illustrates how much the cars, styles, hairdos, and especially society in general changed from 1960 to 1970. It's a great movie!

I adore this film! And I always am in awe of that nostalgia aspect. Ten years ago seems so much like today, even watching a show from 2005 is like watching something fresh and new.

But the sixties to seventies. My parents have told me just how fast and rapidly things were changing back then! Amazes me. Fabulous movie!

That is kind of weird about the 1960/1970 thing isn't it?

Think about this: it's been 20 years since Toy Story and Seven & 30 years since Goonies. None of those movies look very old and the fashion in Seven and Goonies isn't too far off from today. Toy Story could've been released yesterday.

One thing from the movie that was still done when I was in high school is cruising. It wasn't like it was in the early sixties though; we didn't have as cool of cars and souped-up hot rods as they did. They don't have that today. :( I honestly feel bad for the kids today.

Don't feel bad for the kids today because they don't know the difference. Some of them feel bad for us because we didn't haven't internet and smart phones.

That is still one of the worst posters I have ever seen. It looks like a very average photoshop jobbie any one of us could have made in a minute.

And also, after Jessica Alba and Scarlett Johansson, what is the deal with that particular actress?
