Yeah I don't normally like Wilson but he was pretty good in this and teamed up nicely with Jackie Chan.

I noticed a couple of other familiar faces too, looking way younger. It's weird that a film like that was Miramax's feature debut, nowadays they're everywhere. In fact the film I watched after it, Imposters is a Miramax film too. :hail:

CygnusGal
Not really movies, but at 90 minutes runtime they can run as long as a movie. Currently watching the BBC version of Sherlock with Cumberbatch and Freeman. Cumberbatch is mesmerizing. Astoundingly good! The casting and writing are terrific and very true to the original stories. It makes the U.S. interpretation (Elementary) seem, well, elementary. I'm watching borrowed copies, but I will be buying this series. 5 star! JohnnyBlaze
Oblivion just opened out here yesterday. Visually cool and everyone does fine but it's just not very satisfying especially the last scene which was fairly predictable. 2 out of 4 stars

It's a way better Venom than the one in Spider-man 3 though. This is a pretty weird film but you get Rutger, Kim Cattrall before she became annoying and I think it's the only time you get the "Brit brothers" Alun Armstrong and Pete Postlethwaite together in the same film and both playing angry coppers who hate Rutger Hauer! calirush
Some may disagree but this is better than the original. Great performance by Jackie Chan. Now that he is retiring from "Martial Arts" movies I hope that we can see more of these great performances. He is a very good actor although that's sometimes hidden in his comedy/martial arts/stuntwork/ http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/d/d5/Karate_kid_ver2.jpg/220px-Karate_kid_ver2.jpg
