ArrowSnake
I bought me a Roland TD-3 electric drumset today, I'll have it by tuesday or wednesday... I can't wait! I played for about a half an hour on it in the store, and I was very impressed, it played very good and sounded great. It's going to be awesome to be able to play at any time, day or night...I really can't wait. http://dr-um.com/site%20downloads/ROLAND%20MUSIC%20-%20DRUM%20ROOM_files/td3kw.jpg

I had to get used to the feel of the electric kit at first, but I'm really starting to get the hang of it now. I've been playing along with Led Zeppelin a lot... man, that Bonham had a crazy right foot! Anyway, I'm very happy with my TD-3, and I'm really going to improve my skills fast I think, being able to play whenever I want and all...

yes.2
Over at yesfans.com we're getting ready for a major prog gathering early next spring....We're booking a club in Memphis Tn for an all out prog concert... We're preparing YES, RUSH, ELP, PinkFloyd(echoes side two and all of DarkSide) Peter Gab, Genesis, Tull and The Who... I just received the playlist....We're playing all of 2112, YYZ and TomS from rush.... Here's a picture of the drumset kit I'll be using to prepare for the event.... It's a starclassic birch performer with two octobans and a tama bass gong... All the cymbals are AA Zildjian except for one 16' Paiste sound signature http://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l178/dblacklab/S6302391-2.jpg http://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l178/dblacklab/S6302391-1.jpg

I usually take them off my mounted toms because with new res heads those are not that bad. The sanre has a mean ring to it though the floor tom sounds great with the ring on it. Oh and btw I checked out your profile. Sweet tama set . I also love the 8 inch splash on the boom arm lol. Just looks kind of funny floating out there. Dbl-Strk
Just wanted to post a pic of me playing this morning at church. Not sure of the model, but as you can see the church owns a nice Pearl Kit. I bring my Roc-N-Soc Throne, 16` A-Custom Crash, 10`A-Zildjian Splash, 18` A-Zildjian Thin Crash, and my 20`A-Zildjian China Boy Low, because they bout some Sabians that I dont like playing. They have bought recently a 22`A-Zildjian Ping Ride for the kit.........for me Ya`ll take care http://i39.photobucket.com/albums/e153/JohnF2112/PC210047.jpg http://i39.photobucket.com/albums/e153/JohnF2112/PC210045.jpg http://i39.photobucket.com/albums/e153/JohnF2112/PC210042.jpg
