Most of it was spent as a classroom teacher, but the last few years I've been hired to work in professional development as a coach of other teachers. Most recently, I've been tied to a high school arts department. Much of the district's instructional plan is centered on the integration of technology, which comes more naturally to young, core-focused teachers than more seasoned teachers who specialize in the visual fine arts. Two of the teachers I am working with fall into the latter group, and today they showed their appreciation for my work with them...
