theredtamasrule
I just stumbled across this little nugget of info I'd never heard before. John Wayne was cast as Genghis Khan in The Conqueror... John Wayne as freaking Genghis Khan? That has to the worst ever. http://www.asianweek.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/12/6_johnwayne.jpg

pedro2112
Ummm.... Eddie Murphy is rumoured to be the Riddler in the next Nolan Batman. That's worse.
Test4VitalSigns
I've always thought Rosie O'Donnell playing Betty Rubble in The Flintstones movie had to be the worst. Then again the movie was very shitty anyways
1-0-0-1-0-0-1
QUOTE (pedro2112 @ Dec 18 2008, 12:25 AM) Ummm.... Eddie Murphy is rumoured to be the Riddler in the next Nolan Batman. That's worse. Nolan's casting of Heath Ledger as The Joker raised a few eyebrows at first, but we can see now that Nolan knew exactly what he was doing. As for this Riddler rumor, unless Nolan knows something about Murphy that we don't, let's hope it stays a rumor.

GeddyLeeRoth
I haven't seen The Duke as Gengis Khan, but I don't need to see it to know it would be rotten. I would have to go also with Hayden Christiansen as Anakin, and there NEVER should have been a nine year old Anakin to begin with. They should have started Episode I with Anakin as a teen and have the cyborg Vader appear earlier and woop some Jedi ass. Because I am such a Tolkein fan, I was pretty disappointed with Vigo Mortensen as Aragorn. He was actually a stand in, because the original pick cancelled at the last minute. Vigo was way too soft for Aragorn, although the movie script misrepresented the character anyway. Edited December 18, 2008 by GeddyLeeRoth

Seriously, you wouldn't believe he was the same actor in Shattered Glass. It really was a great performance - lots and lots and lots of dialogue. A very intelligent and fascinating movie based on a true story.
