Brewers 5

Dodgers 5 (B-8)

Brewers have stymied Ohtani so far (0-4, 3 K’s), but Will Smith is treating the ball like Chris Rock!   Three homers!

It needs to happen to your other team to make it fair...

I also heard that you bunted in the ninth in Colorado for the tie.   ed might be your new fan.

Just kidding, your payroll is waaaaaaay too low for that.

Marlins did their job as well. Perfect day.    :rr:

And the Hawks didn't play...

Celebrating a White Sox loss is....something.

I don't even think Hawk Barrels on cares about individual losses any more.

Just let a couple of punches into the wall.  My intention wasn’t to break my hand.

I can’t believe something like that happened.

-- Cubs pitcher Colten Brewer.  He fought the dugout wall and the dugout wall won.

Reminds me of Devin Williams, except it's not close to the playoffs and Williams is actually good.

Happy Anniversary, Disco Demolition Night, 07/12/1979!

Chicago White Sox forfeit the 2nd game of a doubleheader against the Tigers when fans swarm the field at Comiskey Park after the blowing up of a large pile of albums and other disco items.  The fans tore out huge chunks of turf, damaged seats, and committed other acts of mayhem.  The Tigers had won the first game 4-1.  Disco Demolition Night was the brainchild of Chicago DJ Steve Dahl, who had previously spun records at Detroit "classic rock" station WWWW, aka W4.  And to this very day, disco still sucks.

One night I was a Sox fan.

Hot ending to the game in Baltimore yesterday. Why doesn't Holmes just go over and apologize for hitting a guy in the head in order to defuse the situation? They do it in other sports. No, instead he had to just stand there looking like  :gumby:

Breaking News:  The Milwaukee Brewers have forfeited today's game against the Washington Nationals, as they really need to take an extra-long All-Star break.

The extra day off will make a world of difference.... :glare:
