A man standing on a sidewalk with many people's shadows flying over him in the background

Watched the accompanying tour DVD, so listened to this too. Fury - top 5 track on the CD? Probably is for me.

Is that the Glastonbury show? I need to rewatch that, but it’s one of the most iconic moments in their history. Matt belting out Sing For Absolution to an endless sea of fans and giant flags at his piano. Ugh. So cool. Fury is fantastic. Took me a few listens to warm up to it, but it’s one of those standard bearer bonus tracks that really should just be on every version of the album. They have a few of those. Futurism and Glorious also come to mind.

Yes, it is the Glastonbury show I watched - hadn't seen it in ages. Fantastic!  Agree on Fury - I think I recall Matt saying he was talked out of putting it on the album by the others, and really regretting it now. Glorious closes out my CD version of Black Holes and Futurism closes Origin. Glad to have these treats on the albums...

I wish that hit she had was completely forgettable. But whenever I see her name it pops into my head.

Shame. Her music is helping me through a very dark time.

Dan Fogelberg-n ether Lands (9/10)

this is dan's sleeper album.  it grew on me 1000 times over.  we babble on about Phoenix The Innocent Age, Captured angel.  But this guy is the middle child, lol

And it's got wonderful songs

The Title song

Once upon A Time

Lessons Learned

Loose Ends (fire song)

Love Gone By

Promises Made

Scareceow's Dream (beautiful song)

Sketches

False Faces

Looking aat the songs.  i think this has overtaken Phoenix a bit:yes:
