Amazon | The Harmony Codex | Steven Wilson | 輸入盤 | ミュージック

I've listened to The Harmony Codex a few times over the weekend. Donno, it's not doing much for me.

give it time.  i think it's a grower. it takes all his era's i think and brings it all together.

but it may not be for everybody.

Yeah. I found that with his last couple of albums it took a few listens before I started to really enjoy them. I will persevere!

Muse-Simulation Theory (6/10)

I don't find this lazy like WOTP.  they were clearly trying something different.  Problem is it fails more than it works.

It’s the only Muse album I feel has definite duds on it. Dig Down only works as the gospel version they did as a bonus track. Thought Contagion only does anything for me live.

The Cult- Love

Beautiful album.

Yes! I clearly remember coming home from high school one day (end of '85 or beginning of '86) and immediately turning on MTV, as I was wont to do. A video for "She Sells Sanctuary" came on and I was utterly  transfixed. Sold. I bought the album as soon as I had the money.

Saw them live in Sep. 1987 in a small club in Santa Cruz, California, in the front row, with an unknown Guns n' Roses opening. Unforgettable.

Edited to brag about being in the front row.
