I have 7 belts in 2 martial arts. Don't have a black belt though. Maybe I should start that again. When you're busy, you don't spend you time whining. I talk to myself and give myself advice. People think I'm weird. I don't care. I gave up music. I have no kids. I need something to pass the time. My next semester of school doesn't start for another 3 months. It may take too long, but it will come. It sucks to have to resort to "coping" and "hanging in there" - but sometimes thats all there is.
