Twenty six inches of snow and counting . . . fortunately we have a snow blower and every one on our street tries to help out. :D Not sure we will be helping anyone in a car in a ditch after that last story, though. So awful!

Lunchtime on our deck- and it is covered with an overhang!

For some reason,

I cannot see the photo. Can you post it again from photobucket?

Here it is- I hope it works!

Still won't open,

Oh well. Go build a snowman for me. :D-13: :D

Thanks! It's just our picnic table and deck chair, both with about 14 inches of snow on them. Wouldn't seem so bad except we have a covered deck ! :D

A balmy 2 degrees celcius (36F) in my part of the Great White North which is awesome for this time of year! The snow is melting!

:chickendance: :sundog: :chickendance:

Colder than that down here in Ohio today; -2C right now. Grey and chilly...typical for late January.

Can't tell if I should bitch because it's wet as all hell outside and my boots get soggy all the time, or be happy that I'm not freezing my ass off like I did last year

Neither. If you're happy that you're not freezing then it's likely that you'll hate it all that much more next time it actually IS freezing. Just stay dry and warm. :)

Good advice! Guess it's time to get some of the ugly, but practical, clothes out.

Almost 60° here today. Still have snow in piles here and there but for the most part it's gone. I'm ready for winter to be over.

Exactly one week ago we had 8" of snow on top of 1/2' of ice. Today it was 68. I'll be painting my old house tomorrow and Monday, getting it ready to sale.

If you don't like the weather in Arkansas stick around, it'll change shortly.

It's 61° here right now. Amazing for January.

I remember 72° in mid January back in the '70s...because my Dad was laying in the sun on a chaise lounge on the Patio! LOL http://i81.photobucket.com/albums/j223/OldRUSHfan/Weather-Storms/Weather-%20Sunny%20chaise%20lounge.gif

A blizzard is on the way. Should be here by Tuesday and keep roaring thru Tuesday night. Up to 13" of heavy snow expected. Temps in the low 30's, so the white shit's gonna be HEAVY.......
