toscanobarga
I will let this run to Monday night to allow anyone away for the weekend to vote. Surprised to see MP out but if the general public buys an dlikes it then it can't be THAT good. Anyhow, my favorite Rush album is PeW, always has been since it came out. So, Hemispheres, great album, but time to go.

Blue J
Yikes...seven votes already, but this is only the third comment...I smell a conspiracy to get rid of Hemispheres, based on the vote thus far.
Lorraine
I honestly don't know which way to go as they are both my favorite Rush albums. Maybe I will go listen to the two albums first before voting.
Your_Lion
I'm pleased that my top 2 albums are the last 2 in this contest. Hemispheres FTW!!!!! http://www.planetsmilies.com/smilies/happy/happy0005.gif

RushBoingo
Well, through the heartbreak of this poll, I must say these are two very worthy contenders for the top album amongst the general public of Rush Fans. Here's hoping for Permanent Waves to take the title.
bluefox4000
i honestly for all i've said don't really care who wins and i'm being honest. both perfect albums. my 2 favs. the right 2 are left. Mick
Lorraine
For me, Natural Science and Jacob's Ladder are the two strongest songs on Permanent Waves, but can either one or both outweigh La Villa or Hemispheres? That's my dilemma.

I very much understand the dilemma, relative to Natural Science in particular- because it's difficult for me to listen to that song and come away thinking that they ever did anything better. But with Cygnus Book II and La Villa Strangiato, they did. Only by the very slimmest of margins...but they did.

By "intro" I mean the first two minutes of the song. Edited March 14, 2015 by Lorraine
bluefox4000
I love Waves but it's doesn't have anything like Hemispheres or La villa, IMO. my 2 major tipping points. Mick

Put the word "female" in front of me and I have no problem reading or comprehending it according to some.... :)
G Lee
This was SO hard! Had to go with Hemispheres though because song quality is just a hairs breadth better than PeW. But still, that vote hurt.
