But for the record, balsamic vinegar, especially flavoured stuff, is unlike any other vinegar you've tried. It's thick and a little sweet, and simply fantastic. But for the record, balsamic vinegar, especially flavoured stuff, is unlike any other vinegar you've tried. It's thick and a little sweet, and simply fantastic.
