Principled Man Posted February 10, 2013 Posted February 10, 2013 We are all individuals. :) I'm not.... 2
Ancient Ways Posted February 10, 2013 Posted February 10, 2013 I never heard of the silent generation but I guess that's the one after the boomers. I'm an X
Maverick Posted February 10, 2013 Posted February 10, 2013 Gen X, bitches! We will remake the world in our image! 1
treeduck Posted February 10, 2013 Author Posted February 10, 2013 I never heard of the silent generation but I guess that's the one after the boomers. I'm an XNo that's the one before the Boomers (people in their 70s now), before that was the Greatest Generation (people in their 90s now) and before that the Lost Generation (people who came of age around the time of WWI).
Principled Man Posted February 10, 2013 Posted February 10, 2013 Who are you? :codger: Born in the dying days of the Baby Boomer generation. Witnessed the awe-inspiring change from B/W television to COLOR...... :haz: Witnessed Apollo 11. :haz: :haz: Survived the era of paisley shirts and bell-bottom jeans.....and mop-head haircuts..... Need I go on...???

Maverick Posted February 10, 2013 Posted February 10, 2013 I'm not a number! We're all numbers! We just don't have to let that define us. :madra:
laughedatbytime Posted February 10, 2013 Posted February 10, 2013 I'd prefer 1946 to 1961 but usually it's defined as 1946-64. 1
Tinwoodsman Posted February 10, 2013 Posted February 10, 2013 I'm not a number! We're all numbers! We just don't have to let that define us. :madra: I don't subscribe to cattle prod labeling ... fuckemall except six ... they can be the pall-bearers!
Union 5-3992 Posted February 10, 2013 Posted February 10, 2013 How the hell are kids born in 2000 13 already? The millennium was just a few years ago......
Ya_Big_Tree Posted February 10, 2013 Posted February 10, 2013 How the hell are kids born in 2000 13 already? The millennium was just a few years ago...... Beats me... I'm still trying to wrap my head around being almost 30
J2112YYZ Posted February 11, 2013 Posted February 11, 2013 I was born in 1978, so based on the quick internet search I did, i'm generation Y.
micgtr71 Posted February 11, 2013 Posted February 11, 2013 1971...X. How the hell is that 42 years ago? 1
invisible airwave Posted February 11, 2013 Posted February 11, 2013 I was born in 1980. I'm sort of the missing link between X & Y. Culturally, I consider myself X. Can't see eye to eye with Y's fascination with Disney/Kidz Bop music,Twilight and Kartrashians. Plus, I listened to a lot of those alt rockers (Pearl Jam,STP,Soundgarden,Oasis,et al) in my teen years so I'm going with X. 1
Babycat Posted February 11, 2013 Posted February 11, 2013 1971...X. How the hell is that 42 years ago? I'm 42 this year. 1
