mistertate
Hey all, very first post and very first question! I can't really understand what Geddy Lee is singing on the background in Cut to the Chase during the "It is the rocket that ignites itself And launches its way to the stars" phrases. I googled everywhere but couldn't find an answer: English is not my first language so maybe for you this is very easy. Anybody knows? Thanks in advance! losingit2k
Cut to the Chase is possibly the best track on Counterparts! I still can't understand why the passed that up on tour! It really needs to be given the love it deserves by the guys who created it!

I still can't understand why the passed that up on tour! It really needs to be given the love it deserves by the guys who created it! I'm not sure why they've never played it either. It seems like one of the obvious songs to play off CP as far as i'm conserned. It can still happen though, just look at Presto. The last tour was the first time that was ever played. Maybe you meant on an upcoming tour, but I was focused on the last 3 never-before-played posts.

I would love to see them played again though. Double Agent would be extremely easy for Ged to sing.

Guessing on the overall lyrical theme of CA, I think Double Agent would fit in to their next tour just fine

I was waiting the entire concert for Cut to the Chase and it never came! They played many other tunes from Counterpart that were far weaker songs! I never understood it!
