invisible airwave
QUOTE (Del_Duio @ Jun 26 2012, 07:19 AM) QUOTE (OGr8imL84AD8inF8sBlackSedan @ Jun 26 2012, 05:20 AM) The Thing (2011 version) Waste of time...total POS. I agree, the only thing worthwhile was the very end to see how it leads into the 'good' Thing movie. Was a terrible idea Also, that Universal retro logo was a nice blast from the past on the otherwise meh movie.

invisible airwave
QUOTE (ILSnwdog @ Jun 26 2012, 12:44 PM) Goodfellas. Hadn't seen it in years, and it was on Encore the other night. Don't have pay tv so I'm gonna miss seeing it on ION and AMC. It's one of those movies I watch immediately when I'm flipping through channels and there's nothing on. 21 Jump Street Such a funny buddy comedy and that Johnny Depp cameo was awesome. Enemy Within 77
QUOTE (-D-RocK- @ Jun 26 2012, 09:03 PM) If you want a good gorefest with a laugh then I recommend this: http://i1023.photobucket.com/albums/af353/kennmac/vintage%20movie%20posters/hobo_with_a_shotgun_xlg.jpg Was really disappointed by this movie. Had high hopes for it, but it's basically a re-make of The Toxic Avenger, nowhere near as good either!

I have to admit, Apocolypse Now (Redux or not) and Blade Runner are 2 flicks that I think are really good but make me sleepy as hell.

OGr8imL84AD8inF8sBlackSedan
Brave...Guess they used Treeducks hair as a model for the main character. It was good, but not great...I acually nodded off a couple of times (getting old sucks!!!!) I have to say I was a little disappointed. Visually it was really good but the story was kinda lame. He was very resistant at first, but he loved it. He sobbed at the end. Literally.
