He probably realized it was just a song and didn't take it as seriously as you are. Making a song out out of actual "anagrams" would probably be very awkward to say the least.   His play on words and phrases is still inventive whether or not it fulfills your pedantry.

What does that even mean? Who's to say that he wouldn't have?

 

As far as I'm concerned, I think that it's pretty obvious that the reference occurred to him after he came up with the title, and he decided that it would be fun to add it. (Example: every Rush liner note joke ever.)

I love Bravado and I voted for it, but I'm kind of surprised at how many votes it's gotten. RTB gets a lot of negative comments around here and Bravado isn't mentioned as often as, say, Dreamline.

I know, Godwin's Law and all that, but that was the best analogy that I could think of. I can't think of anybody from the past century who's had that kind of recognition, good or bad, and my entire point was that something isn't necessarily good because people talk about it.

I'd say yes...it's one of my very favorite Rush songs, so it stands out from everything they do.
