Mara
QUOTE (jeannie york @ Jun 15 2010, 04:10 PM) As a kid, I always loved buttered toast sprinkled with cinnamon-sugar. I could kill half a loaf of bread that way! Can't do that anymore! lol I could. If I suddenly decided I wanted to be as big as a house, no problem! Cowtothesky
I like going in public restaurants and ordering toast. When the toast comes, I take a butter knife and scrape the toast as loud as I can. I stay for at least 30 minutes doing this. Then, I just leave the now untoasted bread with the toast crumbs and walk away. Edited June 15, 2010 by Cowtothesky

iluvgeddy05
Isn't butter just cream and salt? And what's in butter substitute? A list of sh*t you can't pronounce. Ew. Whole wheat/grain butter toast from a REAL bakery = awesome. I like jams and peanut butter too. W/ omlettes. And coffee. Breakfast rocks.
Cowtothesky
Sometimes, I'll go into a restaurant and order toast. Then, I'll ask the waiter if the toast moved. The waiter just stares at me. Then, I get up and leave.

circumstantial tree
I'd rather use butter than margarine. Oh, I make better scrambled eggs that restaurants. For one, I put the salt and pepper in the mix before I start cooking. The eggs then have some flavor. To add salt and pepper after it's been cooked just takes like eggs with pepper and salt added. jeannie york
Nutella is also a very good spread on toast. I prefer a hearty whole grain or whole wheat for that.
