I just saw "Eastern Promises" on Blu-Ray and the shower scene hit made me think of this poll! I loved Cronenberg's "Eastern Promises" but the way I feel right now, I have to go with the Michael Myers scene in "Halloween" when he takes Bob by the chin, lifts him up against the fridge and plunges that kitchen knife right into his stomach. "Got your ghost Bob?" Well not really. He is sticking to the fridge like a cheesy Mickey Mouse Magnet. "Go get me a beer............" "Halloween" is the greatest movie ever made! Luther fires a single gunshot towards Swan, who jumps to his right while simultaneously throwing a knife at Luther. The bullet misses Swan, but the knife connects deeply into Luther's hand, causing him to drop the gun and drop to his knees in pain, clutching his wrist. I'm thinking of that sword scene in "Raiders Of The Lost Ark." The one where the swordsman is showing off and then Indy takes out his gun and shoots him dead. Classic.
